The former East German Minesweeper becomes an office for information and sale of homes on the former harbour of Amsterdam. The scheme is used as a metaphor for a transformation; unused structures are being re-interpreted in new context. While cruising on this info centre, visitors get the opportunity to see the renewed part of town getting built. Due to the short term of political agreements, the Condor II R could be used again as a minesweeper in the future.
