In the offered scheme, a green area is designed between the old and new to a developed area which functions as a recreational inter-medium in the city and provides protection from the noise of traffic from the highway. The core of the scheme is dense but gradually gets less dense towards the agriculture landscape on its edge. This leads to open perspective views  of the landscape. The four towers on the front of the landscape marks the new edge of town, gives view to the dwellings and provide the required density of the area. The urban utilities are centered in the middle of the neighborhood and opens on both sides to big recreating areas.
